1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent for the organization.
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
6. Collaborate with management to craft training and development programs aimed at building employee skills and boosting their performance.
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in human resource management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance in the United States.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
5. Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and change management.
6. Proficiency with HR software and tools, such as HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
